For your consideration is this lovely VINTAGE LOT of 3 CARVED CAMEO BROOCHES. Individual descriptions below: *The first cameo has an ornate rose gold frame, is made from carved shell & is stamped 10k - combination brooch/pendant. Pin measures a bit over 1". *Next is a high relief carved lava cameo pin. Set in gold tone metal, but did not see a stamp. T are a couple of fine hairlines across the front & back. Honestly, I'm calling them hairlines, but I can't feel them with my fingernail - it almost looks like someone used a pen to mark them, but can't imagine why anyone would do that. T is a small chip at the bottom, on the back. Securely in frame. Pin approx 1". *The last cameo is probably the oldest - Victorian & I suspect is probably at least 10k, but has not been tested & is not marked. Some sort of carved shell or hard stone. Cameo itself is in excellent condition, but the pendant frame has had the bale broken off & someone has just stuck a connector ring thru the opening. Bottom left side of frame has come un-soldered in one place, although it stays in place, you can manually move it with your finger. Pendant approx 1".
