Up for bid is� an excellent antique Underwood� Typewriter Model F. This is� the Portable Universal Model and dates from 1936. The serial number� is� F973428 and marked on the inside(under the ribbon). Comes with the original case. Typewriter is in excellent to near mint condition. Case is nice, but has some wear from over the years. Handle is nice, clasp works perfectly and strong and hinges as it should.� The Typewriter itself is in perfect working order and has very� minimal signs of wear. It has been very well taken care of and the black enamel surface is in great shape. All the decals are perfect with no issues.� No rust, no broken pieces, all the keys are perfect and is very, very clean. The typewriter works perfectly and is as nice as you will find. No scratches to the surface and the color is perfect. Smooth running carriage, � No sticking keys and all decals are crisp and legible. Bell works as it should and the typewriters surface is very shiny!� The ribbon also has some life left to it.� This is an aesthetically beautiful, perfectly functional,� pre-WWII typewriter fit for any collector!� Found safely stored away at a recent 85 year estate.
