PROUD TO BE A POWER SELLER WITH INTEGRITY This auction is for a vintage 1950's ADMIRAL portable broadcast band superheterodyne radio, designed for 3-way operation, and has a built-in POP-UP Roto-Scope antenna. It is designed to operate on either a 7 1/2 volt A battery and a 90 volt B battery, or AC/DC current. I plugged in, and I got a hummmmmmmmmmm, because I didn't have a battery, and I don't know what I am doing. It comes with the original instruction sheet. I do know that dad wouldn't have kept it around if it didn't have some use. The case is not cracked. PLEASE, don't bid if you honestly aren't going to pay. This is how I make my living. I try at all times to represent my item fairly, and truthfully. I do not use glamorous words, unless they are truly called for, and when I do, you can bet the item is as I have stated.
