Skull, Illusion, COLOR Print...in original shipping tube from Art-Lore Inc. with Franklin D. 6 cent stamps. With burgundy dress, brown table and chairs, and pink accessories....this print is different than other copies I see online. This is an early (A183) "All Is Vanity" print that was "Published and distributed Art-Lore, Inc., New York City" in the original tube. The print is 11 inches x 14 inches. This looks to be in great condition with only a few tears on the top white border, and crinkle on lower right corner. See photos. House of Art was huge in the early part of the century. This picture was first published in Life magazine in 1902. The artist is Charles Allan Gilbert and though he published many other great works he is best known for this great work of illusion.
