BOOKENDSUp for auction a AWESOME and Rare pair of Chimpanzee riding bareback on large Snail bookends. They look to me like they come straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Unknown maker as I can't find ANY OTHERS. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Very well made including using actual metal for the Reins. Measures approx. 6.25" x 4.5" x 3.5" In very good vintage condition with very minor wear indicative of age as seen in pictures.
