Beautiful vintage Avon Fluff Puff powder puff/powder dispenser. This old cutie has been tucked away in my linen closet for over twenty years. It belonged to my mom who passed away in 1991. Appears she used it very little, but there was still powder in it (I dumped out and tried to shake out of the puff as good as possible). The plastic wand which holds perfumed talc or baby powder is a light, muted gold with slight sheen. There are no cracks or large/deep scratches and the screw on cap works very well. The tassle is a little frayed and discolored, seen in the 8th and 10th photographs above. Due to this puff being tucked in my linen closet all those years the edge around the puff is a little discolored too. The only other issue I can see is what looks to be pink fluff tucked into the golden wand, shown in the 7th and 11th photographs above. I believe that is the way this Fluff Puff came, since it appears to have been done in the manufacturing process. There may be a small amount of perfumed talc still in the pink puff, which means there is still an Avon scent of some kind in the puff also.
