Vtg Bandai Tin litho Chevrolet Impala Highway Patrol Police friction toy car 11" Friction drive is not working. Missing 2 hub caps and the front hood lights, right back tail lights (I can't tell if they are still in the car itself??), one hubcap has some rust as shown. Top red siren intact with some scratches and rough spots, Chevrolet plate intact on the back bumper, decals intact with a little paint/litho loss. Windshield intact with some scratches. Overall the car does have some scratches, small dents (mostly on hood that I can see) paint/litho loss and some dulling on the silver side trim. Marked with the Bandai marking on the bottom as shown.
