I’m the original owner of these vintage Barbie navy blue open toe heels. They’re hard to find, since they were only included with 4 outfits: Gay Parisienne, Commuter Set, Busy Gal and Lame Sheath. The bottom of the right shoe is marked, “ Japan .” I found a resource online that says having the right shoe marked means these are the older version that came out after the #1’s. (I've no idea what that means, but I assume it’s meaningful to collectors.) “Near” mint since they’re out of the original packaging, but I see no irregularities in them at all: No splits, bent heels, etc. The shoes appear black until you look at them in bright, natural light, especially when you compare them with 1 of Barbie’s black heels. Yes, that’s a flashlight they’re on for the Gallery Picture, in the hope that you can see the navy color. If you have ideas for other photos you’d like to see, just let me know.
