COLE BANJO #5441 for repair & parts Album Album Album This auction is for a neat vintage, 4 STRING-BANJO that I am selling AS IS, for parts or repair..comes from an old No. Florida estate and stored for a while..I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BANJOS, BUT WILL EXPLAIN WHAT I SEE~~~Made by W.A. COLE Boston, MA and numbered 5441~~in good shape but a few things missing..first, the neck has no cracks but looks as tho' the top veneer layer on the flat side is gone..but the walnut rest of it, is very nice..ALL 4 KEYS PRESENT AND NOT BROKEN~~~~there is no SKIN..the POT is 11" across and of the 24 hooks, 4 are missing..and, of those 4, 2 of those, that hold the hook2, are also missing..all 24 inner "nuts & bolts" are all present..the inner part of the pot is wooden without cracks..the outer part of the pot is a nickle-plated brass, I think..I have the RING but forgot to put on for the pictures and the RING is not broken of bent-up~~the tailpiece is also there..the banjo, is 36" long TOTAL..the POT is 11" across and 2-1/2" WIDE~~PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS if I have forgotten something..GREAT vintage piece for restoration or to salvage parts~~~ PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL PHOTOS...insured SHIPPING will be $18.00 in the USA~~~ PLEASE NOTE*** PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 4 DAYS TIME!!!MOST OF MY ITEMS ARE PRE-OWNED AND GENERALLY COME FROM PRIVATE PERSONS, ESTATE AND AUCTION SALES, FLEA MARKETS, STREET SHOWS, ETC~~OFTEN COME FROM SMOKING HOUSEHOLDS OR WHERE PETS HAVE ENJOYED LIVING WITH THEIR OWNERS~I DO NOT HAVE A SENSITIVE NOSE AND OFTEN AM NOT AWARE OF THE ODOR OF SMOKE OR PETS...PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE OR HAVE AN AVERSION TO SMOKE OR PETS~~~ I SHIP 3-5 TIMES A WEEK AS P.O.
