Two Vintage Ceramic Tiles with Don Quixote & Sancho Panzasigned by artist J. Roigmade in Barcelona, Spain5.75" x 5.75"The tiles show Don Quixote and Sancho Panza riding through the countryside. One tile shows rustic cottages and villagers cooking over an outdoor fire.The tiles are impressed with Onda J.N.C. and Made in Spain.The tiles are in vintage condition with signs of shelf wear on the back and a chip on the reverse side of one tile (photo 5). There's a manufacturing flaw in one on the leg of Don Quixote (photo 6) that looks like the clay had an air bubble that collapsed. The colors are lovely warm shades.#513-16
