It is made of red metal, with gold stippling (paint sprinkles). It has 4 candle holders - one on each corner, that hold 1" candles. It has holes for the ribbon that is threaded through the corners, and a bow with a sugar glitter bell on each corner. The ribbon and bows could probably be replaced. The sleigh comes in it's original box, and it's large! The box was the original shipping box, and it only cost 52 cents to ship it originally, in the 1950's. The box is corrugated, and has aged and browned, and become fragile. It has some tears to the flaps. It came from Brecks of Boston, made by Ideal Manufacturing, and was a mail order gift. The sleigh is about 15" long and 7" tall. It has plenty of room in the sleigh for a Santa, or to use as a centerpiece. The sleigh is in great condition with no damage, no rust, no dents or issues. The little plastic bells are also in nice condition, although I would probably replace the ribbon. The cat in the last picture, lol, is not for sale.Please see my other listings, as there are lots of items like this one!
