Hi, This is a lovely dress in I believe some type of cotton. The top has rhinestones and studs that form like hearts. T is a metal zipper in the back, and the skirt is made of lots of panels to give it fullness. T are no labels. The inside or opposite side of the fabric is very shiny. The picture of the inside shows a small patch that is an old repair to a small tear. It is well done, and not noticeable from the outside. T are no stains, but should be cleaned. Is a very small size. Shown with a crinoline, sorry not included. Measurements were taken lying flat Across the chest is 15-1/2" or doubled 31" Waist 12-1/2" or 25" Hips are full From under the arm is 33" long.
