He was created in 1998 by the Manhattan Toy company, and is one of, if not the oldest, Pierres this toy line has produced. He is in gently preloved vintage condition, having only been displayed, with no major flaws that I can find, and clear, legible tush tags. This is one of the most cuddly plushies I have ever held, and he has pellets in his bottom, which make him all the more huggable and squeezable! Please note that the ballet shoes on this Pierre have red and white checkered ribbons, instead of the satin pink ones, which are found on the Pierre Pig created one year later, in 1999.
