Vtg Ohio Match Co Matchbox Wood Kitchen Blue Tip Matches Insert Safety This auction is for the matchbox with matches and original insert pictured only. These matches are being sold as a collectible only, without implying or claiming they could be used. Please check the pictures to examine the detail, checking the pictures and item description for condition. Description: The printing, colors, and graphics are vivid. On the front it states, Ohio Blue Tip Matches. On the back it states, Ohio Blue Tip Non-Poisonous, Safety Strike Anywhere Match Treated to Prevent After-Glow. If Conforms Fully with All Federal and State laws. The box looks like it is full but the matches have not been counted by me. Inside there is the original cardboard insert. It mentions that they use a patented process for extra strong sticks, to use the matches for safety, to safeguard your home and family. The tips of the wooden matches are light blue with a darker blue below. The tan sand abrasive striker does not look used but has a few spots.
