Vintage 2 1/2 quart pyrex casserole dish 045 with the promotional Lace Medallion pattern. It's in good condition - there are no cracks or chips, but there is a gray line around the inner rim (see photo 9); the interior has some minor usage scratches; there are some small scratches with color loss (see photos 10, 11, 12). It does NOT come with a lid. It measures approx. 12 3/4" (including the handles) x 8 1/2" x 3 1/4". If you have any questions or would like additional photos, please contact me.
