This is an amazing set of recerse carved lucite. The bases for the black cameos are clear lucite with not only a dimensional surface but reverse carved lace like pattern showing from beneath. The dark black vintage plastic cameos contrast sharply with the white lace effect. The brooch features a left facing lady profile. She has an elegant upswept chignon and a double strand pearl necklace. The brooch measures 2" x 2.25". It fastens with a simple non-locking c clasp and is in excellent condition. The coordinating screw back style earrings are matching lucite carings but the cameos, although the same color and material of the brooch do not match the cameo profile. The right facing profiles remind me of possibly a Roman boy. The earrings measure .65" x .8". They do have a few tiny edge chips which are visible in the pics otherwise they are in excellent condition. This a fantastic vintage plastics find!
