Has all the housing. the portion that you spin , the long exterior tubular wheel i am sorry i do not know the official name does not spin, just may need a good cleaning overall beautiful ! I have not cleaned or polished the pieces, as some prefer the original patina ( although i do not believe it needs it!) I will leave that up to you.
