Vintage Tin Litho Two Story Colonial Doll House "Rosewood Manor" by Wolverine Toy Co Description This dollhouse was made by Today's Kids (renamed Wolverine Toy Co of Boonesville, AR) and is named "Rosewood Manor". It is the MOST BEAUTIFUL dollhouse they ever produced and is highly sought after! This one is in pretty good condition "a very nice one" to say the least, considering it's age. White siding with blue shutters..climbing flowering vines...beautiful! With a little cleaning she will be a gem again! T is of course light wear and some dings and t with a few tiny/small rust spots... It is a large house and measures 22" wide by 15" tall and 10" deep. I may take it apart to ship..it depends on if I can find a big enough box. If you win this and you prefer for me to keep it intact..just ask. Shipping may seem high but I am covering the West Coast areas..I live in the East and if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, email me for a shipping cost as it will probably be very high.
