Sweet old hand-made tole Italian Florentine triptych Madonna and Child icon. Tri-fold shrine is beautifully detailed with pink, turquoise blue, and gold-leaf over embossed gesso and wood; Raphael's Madona del Granduca in the center with Renaissance angels playing musical instruments on each side panel (one playing a tambourine, the other a drum). Made in Firenze (Florence) Italy, like all Florentia crafts. Measures 8" wide x 6 1/4" tall when opened; 4" wide x 6 1/4" tall when closed . Excellent condition with no paint loss and hardly any wear. Marked with an old paper label on back that says: "Florence - Raphael Madonna of Granduke G. B. Florence Made in Italy". We accept money orders, personal checks, and Paypal. Insurance is optional, but recommended. Payment must be received within 7 days.
