This one has a bottom. In a separate auction I am selling a similar barrel stamped UMBRELLAS, but, that one does not have a bottom. I would guess these were placed in the entryway of a building or a bar. The letters appear to have been burnt into the wood and the letters were then painted and is now faded due to age.CONDITION: good, antique condition, wood is darkened from age, some rust on the metal hoops that hold it together. The bottom hoop is missing but, the barrel still stays together.MEASUREMENTS: 14 1/2" x 9 1/2" at the baseSHIPPING:FedEx, or priority mail, whichever way is cheaper for the buyer.Thanks for looking and happy eBaying!
