It has a high crown, so it doesn't look weirdly small on adults. I wear 7 1/2 and this youth size even adjusts to fit me, but it's on the last snap.- If you're an adult and would rather go with a larger size , I also have a listing for M/L, which is a higher and wider fit, best for larger head sizes.
