Constructed from a solid brass rod with a layer of nickel plate beneath the 23 karat gold electroplate finish, it is a distinctive writing instrument with significant heft. An intricate scrolled pattern has been engraved into the surfaces of the barrel and cap. The nib combines the two-tone beauty of 18 karat gold and silver-coloured palladium-plated chevron.
