This is a genuine Waco Melody in Motion "Willie the Whistler" clown made in Japan. Hand painted porcelain modeled by Seiji Nakane. Measures 12" high, 7" wide and 6" deep. Turn him on & he whistles "Memories" while moving his foot & head. The volume is adjustable. This item takes three "AA" batteries. . This hobo clown was for display only and in new condition & comes in the original box and packing. A great collectable for any clown collector. Please ask any questions before bidding.
