RareOpportunity to purchase this 1 Litre British Navy Pusser's Rum Decanter made byWade TheDecanter is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing the coloursare all lovely and vibrant. Aroundthe base of the decanter are four panels, the first of which is the traditionalBritish Navy Pusser's Rum label. This is followed by a portrait ofAdmiral Lord Nelson. Furtherround we have the Royal Navy Traditional Toasts, as follows: Monday - Our ships at sea Tuesday - Our men Wednesday - Ourselves (as no one is likely to concernthemselves with our welfare) Thursday - A bloody war and quick promotion Friday - A willing soul and sea room Saturday - Sweethearts and wives, may they never meet Sunday - Absent friends and those at sea But the standing toast that pleased the most was "The wind that blows The ship that goes, And the lass that love a sailor Thispanel is followed by Rule Britannia - Britons Never Shall Be Slaves Risingto the neck of the decanter before the cobalt blue there appears a ring offlags with the motto 'England Expects that Every Man Will Do His D U T Y' Thestopper fits snugly into the Decanter and has a cork affixed.
