Wadeheath Disney Snow White & The seven Dwarfs Musical Jug A really rare Musical jug by Wadeheath depicting Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The jug was produced in 1938 for one tear only. The front has a moulded figure of Snow White and dwarfs whilst the rear has the dwarfs cottage. The handle is decorated with a squirrel and a pair of blue birds. The original musical box is set into the base and plays the tune "Someday my Prince will come " to the side of the musical box is the wadeheath backstamp, The jug finish is crazed as would be expected in wadeheath items from this period. These jugs in perfect condition usually sell for around £450.Condition - Unfortunatley there are some faults with the jug. There is a broken section on the rim where the original pieces have been glued back in place and the squirrel on the top of the handle has a chip to one ear - see photos for the damage mentioned. The Jug measures approx 9" in height. I would recommend Farcroft in the West Midlands for repairs to musical box and china.
