One-sided wall mounted advertising sign -pre war at least but cant be any more precise than that. Size is 30" by 20", very heavy metal original sign, with pre drilled holes for wall mounting. Colours on sign still quite bright, and overall the sign itself is in very good condition.As well as the main logo which reads 'Wakefield Castrol From'R' bulk', there ais a royal crest at the top left corner which reads 'by appt to his majesty the KING ' and along the botton right edge are the words 'Bruton Palmers Green' As i say, overall good condition, but there is some cracking in the enamel in places, and erosion and pitting close to the edges in places, particularly at the top right quadrant. Doesnt detract from the overall effect, if anything it 'adds character' and age. Shouldn't put off someone who collects these things. If this interests you, I also have another similar one in better condition, and a different one for another company as well. I am happy to answer questions where able, and happy for people to view and/or collect from me given the heavy postage costs caused by the sheer weight involved.
