This auction is for a first print Walking Dead 1 (2003). This is the original, English language Walking Dead comic.I've been a fan of Robert Kirkman since he came to Image Comics with the Savage Dragon/Superpatriot mini-series. I've owned this comic since it came out in 2003. Recently, my wife has found out that it is worth something, so now I'm selling it. It was read and then filed away in a bag and board. I am not a professional comic grader, but my best guess is that this comic would be an 8.0. I've taken pictures of all of the corners (front and back) and spine. I'd recommend looking at the photos to determine the grade for yourself. You will win the very comic used for these pictures. The spine edges have very slight wear to them. The other corners look great. There is no rolling to the spine. Since this issue is so rare, it will be shipped in a metal container to ensure safety during shipping.
