This dream of the "duck hunters pond" landscape painting is done by the artist name of Walter A. Bailey.Walter A. Bailey was an etcher , illustrator , painter . His life spanned from 1894 - 1989. He studied at the Kansas City art institute under Randall Davey, Charles wilimovsky and Thomas Gary Benton . He was the editor at Kansas City times between 1917-1927. He moved to California where he worked as a motion picture artist and served as art editor of the Los Angeles Herald Examiner.The painting is on canvas board with wood frame stiffener and them mounted in a frame. The painting it self measures 22x30The stiffener measures 23 1/2 x 31 1/2 x 1 The frame is 30x 38x 1 1/2There is some markings on the frame not sure if frame or stain . As picturedArea 500
