This vintage cookbook from the 1940's-50's "HOW TO COOK WITH BEER" has 64 pages, and is compliments of the WALTER BREWING CO. EAU CLAIRE, WI It not only contains recipes, but information on when to serve beer, temperaature is inportant,how to store, when stored in a pantry, when stored in a refrigerator, types of glasses to use, how to pour beer, etc. It has recipes for many kinds of meats, Oyster & Lobster Sauce, Ham, Hamburger, Fish, Chicken, etc. The book is in very good condition, slight wear on the spine, all pages tight to the staples.
