All items are from my personal collection, I'm not a store or shop. ebay is not my day job. This kit is new and has not been started. Instructions, not pictured, are included. I also have Route 66 Motel & 2 Motel Cabins listed! I will be thinning my HO Scale Model Railroad fleet in the next several weeks, so look at my other listings.
