Up for auction is an HO-scale Allied Rail Rebuilders (#933-3016) kit made by Walther's as a part of their Cornerstone Series . Included in the kit: -the Large, Detailed 2-Story Main Building, -a Multitude of Separate Windows and Doors, -Lots of Roof Vents, -Two Tall Smoke Stacks, -Overhead Door which be built in Open or Closed position, -Interior Trusses, -Full-Color Decal Signs, -Molded in Colors, -Complete Instructions, -Measures 10" x 10" x 6" -Includes huge,EMD "567" Diesel Engine Kit (Prime Mover) As more and more railroads are turning to private firms to do their repair and maintenance work, more of this type of facility can be found around the country. Often a firm will purchase an older building and remodel it to suit their purposes. It takes a large, well-equipped shop to rebuild railroad engines or components. This structure is typical of many of these shops. This kit will make a classic industrial plant that would be a good revenue producer for you layout. I will ship v ia United States Postal Service.
