From Walthers Cornerstone series, 2005, this is the Sterling Consolidated Dairy modular kit in HO-scale. It contains 5 complete structure kits in one. If you don't want the building to be a dairy, it comes with decals for 7 different industries, including a machine works company and a foundry. The current buildings are listed on the plans as a creamery, condensary/bottling plant, office building, a water tower and coal dump, and a retail dairy store (can also become a restaurant or candy shop with the additional decals). The set is new. The box has been opened, but all of the parts inside are still in plastic and attached to their plastic stems. The box is big and heavy (about 10 lbs.), and has a few creases on it and a corner tear.The high bidder will pay $19.95 for shipping and handling in the USA. Thank you for looking!
