Eight (8) Bronze Age Marvels 1973-1975 1st printings - 20-25 cent covers Current Guide $49.00 in grade War is Hell Lot includes two (2) Death appearances, Jack Kirby, Gil Kane, Gene Colan and John Severin work as well as the hard to find last three issues of the run 2 VG, 3 VG, 4 VG, 5 VG, 6 FN, 13 FN, 14 FN and 15 FN Bronze Age Books - Books from this era (roughly the decade of the 70's to 1985) have become increasingly hard to find as more and more age-appropriate collectors have entered the hobby via the internet. This is the kind of wonderful stuff that is in the 20-25 years or more old range and typically gets sought after when the 20 some-thing age appropriate collectors get to be in their 30's and 40's. Buy it now - while it is still cheap. Although E-Bay puts the Bronze Age at 1970-79 most reputable comic publications and magazines recognize the Bronze era as 1970-1985. Why might you want to win one or more of my auctions? Simply stated - I am trustworthy and you will not be ripped off . I have a proven track record with thousands of total positive feedbacks and thousands of repeat winners . I have sold books to comic creators, to comic stores/dealers, to grading experts and to just plain old collectors much like myself. I love comic books and I price them below guide at the lower end of their grade and more often than not at half or less than guide. Seriously consider going with experienced sellers especially with your first few transactions on EBay . Many novices have little knowledge of how to accurately grade a book and often ship them in packages that may or may not preserve the book(s) in transit. I do my very, very best to grade fairly, package securely and ship promptly , just the way I like to be treated when I am on the buying end of an auction. If I make a mistake it will be an honest one and you will not have to pay for my mistake! I can't and won't ship to any country that does not have a Global priority arrangement with the USA - This includes all of South America, Mexico, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta and the Philippines. I don't like paying high prices to ship a single book any more than any other reasonable buyer would. For that reason, I will be happy to ship you up to 12 books at the same USA address for $3.50. One or two books will be shipped first class - larger orders will go media mail. Takes a bit longer but saves you a bunch. Combining wins is another way to save on shipping. This could save you, the buyer, as much as $33.00 on the shipping costs for a dozen small auctions. The only caveat is that I ask you to limit the combined shipping of multiple wins to one week worth of wins and please tell me that you want to do this so I don't jump right in and wrap up your winnings until you are finished. This has worked well for hundreds of repeat winners and I hope it will work out for you. Also if paying with Pay Pal please make one payment - they get enough from the seller's already. I don't want to start adding that little cost onto my auctions either. Overseas buyers can save a small fortune by combining auctions in a flat rate global priority envelope for $9.50 . ($8.50 to Canada ). One envelope can hold about 13-14 books. It will require multiple envelopes for larger lots .
