'WAR PAINT' Tim McCoy SILENT FILM 1926 WESTERN MOVIE GLASS SLIDE MGM noRESERVE Album Album Original old movie projectionist's magic lantern style glass slide for "coming attraction" advertising of the 1926 silent film western "WAR PAINT", starring Tim McCoy, with Pauline Stark and Karl Dane. A Metro Goldwyn Mayer picture, directed by W.S. Van Dyke. Slide is in original cardboard frame, 3 1/4 inches high and 4 inches wide, with 1924 patent date. Staples are rusted, and cardboard frame has some light soiling and staining. Glass has several small scrapes, some soiling and dust, and one area where black type and yellow background color are completely worn off. Glass is unbroken and colors are still bright. Selling with no reserve to the highest bidder. $6 shipping to anywhere in U.S.A. Payment is due within three days of auction ending.
