This is a Warhammer Fantasy Rico's Republican Guard from the Dogs of War supplement series. Arguably some of the best sculpting work for line infantry Games Workshop every did. 6 of the guard need spear reattachment and the spears are included if you wish to use them - can also be replaced with plastic.
