This antique Wool O' The West wool blanket is just gorgeous. It is such a nice, thick and soft fuzzy wool blanket in a Rose and Cream color scheme. It is finished on two edges with a blanket stitch and all the edges are in excellent condition. Fresh and clean it has no vintage odors, no stains, tears or holes. I did find one small bite (the size of a pencil tip) but otherwise it is in such wonderful condition you could give it as a gift to any antique lover. This lovely blanket measures approx 72 inches X 75 inches. This blanket does not have it's label, but if you look a my other auctions you'll see I'm also offering this same blanket in a Blue and Cream color scheme and it still has the original label. Wool O' The West was the label name for the historic Portland Woolen Mills in Portland Oregon. They were well known for producing excellent, high quility woolen products which are now highly collectable because of ther beauty and duability. These linens were from an estate sale. The owner had been an avid quilter and collector. She respected her work and took care to store them well, so these treasures from her collection are in really nice vintage condition. In the next few weeks I will be offering for auction, many linens, quilt blocks, quilt tops and quilts from the collection. I'll be happy to combine shipping each week
