This mantel clock was made by Waterbury Clock Co. USA and has three 1890 patent dates and one 1891. It does not work, seems to be wound all the way, and the porcelain image has some checks from age. I can't find any markings on the stand but it appears to be solid brass as it is heavy and non magnetic. It is approx 11 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" at the widest point. It has a gold coating that has worn off on the high edges and needs some cleaning but I don't see any damage. T is lots of detail and it commands attention w ever it's setting. Sold as is.
