This absolutely stunning cut glass preserve jar with lid from Waterford Crystal is in beautiful sparkling condition. It has 'Waterford' etched to base. The jar stands approximately 4.5" tall x 3" diameter across the top rim and exhibits the ring of quality crystal. The underside has a crisply cut starburst design, rising to a lovely rounded clear base. The jar is cut in a wide leaf blade design, topped by joined swag cuts. Above this, there is a diamond pattern. The top rim is finished in a pinched piecrust design, interspersed with double vertical eliptical cuts. The lid has a starburst design to the underside and a beautifully faceted finial with a flat top. It rests neatly just inside the rim of the jar. There is a U-shaped cut-out for a spoon.
