To see all my pens & Pencils I Will Combine Shipping~ Vintage Waterman 52 1/2 V Fountain Pen~ Working (good ink Sac) PenPlease enlarge all 12 photos & read all the text for detailThis Waterman 52 1/2 V is a 80 or so year old Writing Tool that is Ready to ink & Write , It is VERY WORN - it has LOTS OF WEAR, still some good parts here :-)The cap has 2 good cap lip cracks , one crack is worse than the other (photo #6 & #7 ) , no bits are missing, The crack does not affect the inner threads, so the cap still threads on & posts well. Still a serviceable cap No warp, No engraved names, it has fade, No pocket clip, it never had one, this is a ring top cap that is missing the ring, the barrel factory imprint is very clear, the model # (52 1/2 V) has lots of wear & scratches, but still has some red in it as shown. the barrel is not cracked.The pen has a very good working non stressed lever Box & restored filling mechanism , With a good working ink sac, good feed & sectionIDEAL #2 Nib, 14K , IT IS CRACKED BELOW HEART VENT , ( SEE THE NIB CLOSE UP PHOTOS) , I have set the nib deep in the section as it also has a BASE CRACK , But I have put the nib through its paces & it performs well, it acts like semi flex plus nib & will flex from a fine point to 1.6mm, One of the lines on my writing sample made it to 1.8, however I would not do that to often read more
