Up for auction is a Waterman Expert11 Fountain Pen French Blue high gloss lacquer over brass with 23kt gold plated trim and two tone stainless steel, medium nib. The expert model is distinguished by the the bold rounded : cigar : shape. This pen comes in a beautiful deluxe waterman box complete with warranty and instruction manual. Also included is an ink converter, and a full size blue cartridge. It is a heavy weight pen due to the brass base yet perfectly balanced for writing comfort.It was manufactured in France. you will see in the center of the pen between the gold bands ( Waterman Paris and on the opposite side France ) This pen is genuine brand new,never even been dipped.
