You are bidding on two items. The first is a rare Waterman's Fountain Pen Box. On the side of the box is stated, "TRADE MARKS REGISTERED IN U.S. PAT. OFFICE FEB. 6, 1906. FEB. 13 1906. JAN 15, 1907. DEC. 15, 1908 MADE IN U.S.A. The box is structurally sound but has extensive wear. However, the box exudes a cool, "vintage", look. Inside the box is the rare color insert that advertises Waterman's Ink for fountain pens. The fountain pen is a dark green, black, and white marble color. The pen's appearance is tremendous. I acquired this pen with a bunch of other vintage pens. I'm not sure if this is a Waterman pen or not. It has "W. F." stamped on the bottom section of the two parts of the pen. Included also is a instructions sheet for Waterman's pens. I know this pen is at least as early as the 1940's or earlier. I acquired it from a 66 year old gentleman w everything in the house was from that era.
