Watkins Copicat I will not bother to describe what this is as you can find specifications etc on Google, I will simply try to describe the condition and background of it. Condition It works. If you are buying this to use it, I would suggest two things: 1) replace the tape (you can buy 20 or so for 15 pounds). 2) give it a proper dust down! If it doesn't work, I will give you a refund. It was working when I last used it, however that was a long time ago now.
