MAD AS A HATTER! Description : Up for auction is an ORIGINAL PRODUCTION CEL (OPC) of the Mad Hatter from the original Warner Bros. TV Show " Batman: The Animated Series !" Used in the actual making of episode " Mad as a Hatter ," the Mad Hatter develops a form of mind control which implements by placing devices in people's hats. He uses this to impress Alice, a woman he's smitten with, turning all of Gotham into a Wonderland to please her every whim. This is a great shot of the Mad Hatter from the waist up. He is becoming a harder character to find on OPC's. Nice close-up showing good detail; notice the picture in the background, it's of "Alice in Wonderland." That is a unique touch! The cel is triple matted/framed, and of course it also comes with a COA which includes the WB seal . The cel and frame are in great condition. This is a lare cel measuring 11.5" x 8.5", while the frame is approximately 19.5" x 16.5"! I have a huge collection, so please review my other auctions for more Batman related items.
