WDCC DOC "CHEERFUL LEADER" FROM SNOW WHITE & THE SEVEN DWARFS Let me introduce you to WDCC's item up for bid: "Doc" from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs entitled "Cheerful Leader". WDCC retired "Doc" in May 2004 as well as all the other pieces in this collection that I am placing up for bid. He is very hard to find especially with the very 1 st Production Mark of the Practical Pig's Trowel. This mark is the first one out of nine (9) marks used. The mark alone brings value to this magnificent piece from WDCC. "Doc" has been professionally displayed by a private collector (me) in a glass curio and is in MINT condition. No scratches, nicks, dents or any other defects. I handle all of my WDCC items with the utmost of care. He has lived in a smoke free environment. "Doc" has the 1995 mark of the Practical Pig's Trowel. The trowel was used by Practical Pig in the Academy Award winning 1933 cartoon, "The Three Little Pigs". The short was a high point in character development and introduced the song, "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf" which was the first hit song for Disney. Particulars: Size: 5-1/4" Plussing: Glasses: Doc wears miniature wire rimmed glasses. Musical Instrument: "Swanette", carved in the shape of a swan with metal strings.
