This listing is for the Disney WDW Mickey's Parti Gras Event pin. Here, the Mardi Gras themed Event features Dumbo in Clown makeup and dressed up for the Party. The Hat has a blue jewel. Pretty pin that is limited edition and sold out from February 2003. Photo from Pinpics & of actual item Winner to pay $2.75 shipping and handling. Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping and handling charge. Ebay allows only mention of Paypal and local pickup as payment options.
