Up for auction is a plate with the picture of what to me looks like a cabin on the edge of a lake. It also has a planter with some very pretty pink blossoms and other foliage. In the foliage is a branch that goes up into the top of the plate with five yellow chickadees. It has a very colorful border trim all around the outside edge which is in very good condition. I believe this is hand painted as t is a little yellow paint outside the line on the first yellow chickadee. The stamp on the back states "EDINBURGH" boxed in, and under that Wedgewood and what I think is Etruria England. Wedgewood is also stamped right into the plate with what looks like PF and hand written what looks like AUG 54 with a 2 under 54. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. It measures just over 10 1/4" across the top surface and 5 1/2" across the bottom part that sets on the table. If you have any questions please email them.
