For the collector and/or a Davidson College student or alum. Plate is 10.5" in diameter. Made in England. Noted in the picture, right side of plate, is a speck of blue ink which must have been there prior to the glazing process. I did not try to cover it up with any type of paint, but that could certainly be done if desired, though definitely not necessary. Still, a beautiful plate representing a wonderful, prestigious, outstanding academic institution!
