Unique collector plate designed by American illustrator Augustus L. Jansson (1866-1931) for Wedgwood in 1909. Depicts the King of Hearts. Measures 11" in diameter. The King of Hearts is depicted in the center of the plate along with the rhyme: "Ye King of Hearts Love's Pleading Hears Grants Wedding Rings or Many Tears." T are condition issues. T is fairly significant wear to the decoration as well as a good sized chip on the back side. Selling "as is." Please see photos and email me with any questions.
