Welby Keywind Shelf Clock Top has pins that go down through bottom and there are locks on bottom that go around the pins Kieninger & Oberfell Made in Germany No Jewels Unadjusted Missing spring & Key Lock down for pendulum Glass Dome front panel is beveled with design in top two corners Unless stated all my items are used. I usually do not clean them after I buy and sell them exactly how I get them. I use the lower of Fedex or USPS. Winning bid pays for postage. All items are sold "as is" this means most of the time I sell them however I buy them. So if something is dirty when you get it that is how I bought it.
