Collected from the rhaetic ,triassic bone beds at garden cliff westbury on severn in gloucester ,this is a good example of a coprolite of the period ,its anyones guess as to what annimal it belonged to its too small to be ichthyosaur and is probably a shark or large fish or even a reptile ,the corolite maesures 17mm and its surrounding matrix 60mm x 80mm the underside has an absoluteley classic representation of the lower rhaetic bone bed with fragmentary material.
